Are Velisse Products Original ?
All of the items we offer are Unauthorised Authentics — they’re produced to the same high standards, materials and specifications as the originals but aren’t distributed through the official brand channels. This allows us to provide our customers with exceptional quality at a much more accessible price.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders and an optional Express upgrade for a flat $10; all orders are tracked. You can request an Express upgrade before dispatch by emailing velissefragrances@gmail.com, and we ship internationally where available (transit times vary by destination and customs). Delivery to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers is supported in most regions. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier. We also offer a 7-day change-of-mind return window.
How Long Does It Take For My Shipment To Arrive
Our standard shipping time is 12–23 days from the date your order is processed. We work hard to ensure your items arrive on time, and if any unexpected issues occur during transit, our team will do everything possible to resolve the problem quickly and keep you updated throughout the process.
