We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders and an optional Express upgrade for a flat $10; all orders are tracked. You can request an Express upgrade before dispatch by emailing velissefragrances@gmail.com, and we ship internationally where available (transit times vary by destination and customs). Delivery to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers is supported in most regions. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
